Ozagrel sodium is the sodium form of the antiplatelet coagulant ozagrel. It is a thromboxane (TXA) synthetase inhibitor, which can selectively inhibit thromboxane synthetase and inhibit TXA synthesis, thus inhibiting the production of TXA2 and promoting the production of prostacycline (PChemicalbookGI2). It can inhibit platelet aggregation and relieve vasospasm. It can inhibit cerebral embolism and cerebral vasospasm. After a single intravenous injection, the blood disappeared quickly, and stable blood concentration was reached after continuous administration for 2 hours, and most of the excretion was completed after stopping administration for 24 hours.

Function and Application
1.Sodium ozagrel is a thromboxane synthetase inhibitor, which can inhibit the formation of TXA2, so it has the effect of anti-platelet accumulation and vasodilation. Animal experiments showed that intravenous administration could decrease plasma TXBChemicalbook2 level and Keto-PGF12/TXB2 ratio, inhibit platelet aggregation induced by different inducers, and prevent cerebral infarction caused by middle cerebral artery in rats.
2.It is suitable for the treatment of motor disorders associated with vasospasm and improvement of cerebral ischemia symptoms after acute thrombotic cerebral infarction and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
